Shed rules for personal data

Every shed has a board of rules nailed up near the gate. This is ours for any information about people that comes in through onestillhour.com. There are ten rules in three parts, written to meet Brazilian Law 13.709/2018, the General Data Protection Law (LGPD), with as little jargon as we could manage.

In force since November 2026.

Part 1 · Who answers for it and what comes through the gate

  1. Who is in charge

    Decisions about the data handled here are made by Santa Catarina Indústria e Comércio de Móveis LTDA, trade name Móveis Santa Catarina, CNPJ 07.607.744/0001-18, located at V VIII, 581, Galpão 01, Lote 1002, Quadra F 14 A, Distrito Industrial, Cabo de Santo Agostinho, PE, CEP 54590-000, Brazil. Main activity: 31.03-9-00, furniture made from materials other than wood and metal; secondary: 46.49-4-04 and 25.39-0-02.

  2. What may come in

    Nobody registers on this site, there are no logins, and whatever is typed into the form never lands on our server. Personal data reaches us only when you choose to write, call or use the form, which merely drafts a message in your own mail program. In that case we receive whatever you put in it: name or company, city, e-mail address, phone and the text of the request.

  3. What that information is for

    That information has three destinations and no others: replying to you, putting together a quote and organising pickup or shipping. If the talk ends in a sale, a fourth one joins, the tax duties tied to the invoice. What allows this is your own request, as a step before a contract, and, after a sale, a duty set by law. We send no promotions to anyone who did not ask.

Part 2 · Where the data travels and how long it stays

  1. Who else gets a look

    Personal data is not stock in this shed: it is never sold or lent. It only crosses the hands of providers without whom service would halt: the company delivering e-mail, the one keeping the site online, the bookkeepers issuing invoices and the haulier moving the load, each holding just the piece its own job demands. Public bodies receive what the law lets them require.

  2. Cookies, typefaces and the machine's own notes

    We place no tracking cookies and no advertising tools. Two technical things happen when the page loads:

    • the typefaces are downloaded from Google's font servers, which therefore receive the device's IP number;
    • the hosting company keeps a technical diary with IP, date, time and browser type, to run the service and guard against abuse.

    That diary is never tied to an identified person.

  3. How long we hold on

    A conversation that never becomes an order is discarded once it closes with nothing left open. When a sale happens, invoices and trade records remain for the period tax and civil law set; once that period runs out, they are destroyed or stripped of anything pointing to a person.

  4. How the door stays locked

    Only the service team opens the mailboxes and order folders, each person with their own password. No system anywhere is perfectly safe; if a leak could harm you, we report it to you and to the ANPD.

Part 3 · What you can demand from us

  1. Your requests and our deadline

    Whoever the data is about is entitled to:

    • learn whether we keep anything of yours and get a copy;
    • fix what is wrong or stale;
    • have surplus or unneeded data anonymised, blocked or wiped;
    • have your records handed on to a different furniture supplier;
    • find out which companies received it;
    • withdraw consent where consent was the basis.

    We reply within 15 business days (15 dias úteis). If the answer falls short, you may complain to Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) at gov.br/anpd.

  2. Outside addresses and changes to these rules

    Clicking through to another site puts you under the rules of whoever owns that address. Revised rules will be nailed up right here, over the old board, carrying the date they start to apply.

  3. Data officer and single channel

    Questions for our data protection officer (encarregado) go to contato@onestillhour.com. You may also call +55 81 3521-1561 or +55 81 3524-1514 and ask for the matter to continue in writing.
